At Ocala Luxe Cleaning Services, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality service every time. Please review the following policies so everything is clear and smooth for both sides.
Services Provided
We offer standard residential cleaning services, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Any additional or deep cleaning requests must be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment.
What We Do Not Clean
- Biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, etc.)
- Mold or hazardous substances
- Pest infestations
- Heavy lifting or moving large furniture
- Exterior cleaning or areas outside normal reach
Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, or time required to complete the job.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept digital payments and invoices for your convenience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or schedule a touch-up if needed.
Damages & Liability
While we take care in every job, accidents can happen. Any damage claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are fragile, improperly secured, or not disclosed ahead of time.
Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes access to water, electricity, and a safe working environment.
Independent Contractors
In some cases, services may be performed by independent cleaners partnered with us. All cleaners are expected to meet our quality standards.
